Denn Gaelic Football Club

The Blotto Draw took place in the Crosskeys Inn on Mon. 23rd  May.  The winning numbers were 5, 8, 23 & 29. There was no jackpot winner. The weekly winners were Marian Connolly, Pat & Kathleen O’Reilly, Darren Sheanon, Seamus Cahill & Frank Glancy. The next draw will be on Mon. 30th May in The Carraig Springs.

Eucharistic Congress Bell

Thanks to all who helped carry the bell on Tue last and to all who turned up for the Prayer service in the church.  A special thanks to the pupils and staff of the school.

Breifne Historical Journal

The 2011 Breifne journal which includes an article by Fr Liam on The Parish of Denn in the early 1800s  is available in the sacristies of each church.  It costs €25. If you wish to become a member and receive the journal each year please fill in one of the forms.

Pilgrimage to Knock

A special National Eucharistic gathering will take place in Knock on Saturday 25th June.  This pilgrimage replaces the annual diocesan pilgrimage to Knock.  All those wishing to travel by bus to Knock on that day are asked to book with Michael Cahill at 4336703
